Project Libertas - Practical Supports Funds

SF City Vitals was awarded a grant to help individuals across the United States who need to access abortion care in California.  The funding covers practical supports for expenses that hinder a person's ability to undergo medical care due to financial expenses like, travel, childcare or lodging.  Project Libertas is a program centered on helping anyone access abortion care without discrimination or stigma, but with safety and compassion.

Core goals our Abortion Services Provide:

• Funding for Practical Support Expenses for individuals across the United States to access abortion care in California.

• Work with an Abortion Doula who will support you.

• Navigate your access to abortion medical care.

• Training and education for community and Abortion Doulas.
