Our Mission

At SF City Vitals, our mission is to compassionately support people facing homelessness and hardships by providing Community Care through Solidarity with Community Health Workers (CHWs) and Doulas in San Francisco City. We're dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment that facilitates trust and compassionate care from people who share similar life experiences forming connections through solidarity. We aim to provide services where people can talk about their situations without the fear of judgment or stigma, creating a humanizing care model centering people and fostering an environment of acceptance. Leveraging our own life experiences, we're committed to helping those who seek our partnership in navigating the same complex systems we once faced. Our vision is to empower and nurture the abilities of all people, valuing life and our own human impact on each other.
