Our Mission

At SF City Vitals, our mission is to compassionately support people facing homelessness and life hardships by providing Community Health Worker (CHW) and Doula services. We're dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment that facilitates trust and compassionate care from people who share similar life experiences, forming connections through solidarity. We aim to provide services where people need us to disclose their situations without the fear of judgment or stigma, creating a humanizing care model that centers people. Leveraging our own life experiences, we are committed to improving the lives of those who are navigating challenges we once faced. Our vision is to empower clients to collaboratively create the positive changes they aspire to achieve ultimately helping people reach their goals.
